Photography FAQs
-
Do you shoot weddings on digital or film?
I photograph weddings using two professional digital cameras. This ensures reliability, flexibility in all lighting conditions, and complete coverage of your wedding day without interruption.
-
Do we need more than one wedding photographer?
I always recommend having a second photographer, as it allows me to deliver a more diverse and complete collection of images, capturing different perspectives and moments happening simultaneously. That said, I am also very comfortable photographing weddings solo when required.
-
What style of wedding photography do you offer?
My background is in photojournalism and reportage photography. I specialise in natural, documentary wedding photography that is relaxed and unobtrusive. My aim is to capture beautiful, authentic moments without directing or interrupting the flow of your day.
-
How do we book you as our wedding photographer?
Once you decide to book me, I will ask you to complete a booking form and pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee within 60 days. I always enjoy meeting couples beforehand, either in person or online, so we can get to know each other and discuss the photography style that best suits your wedding.
-
When will we receive our wedding photos?
You can expect to receive your full wedding gallery within six weeks of your wedding day via a private online gallery.
-
Do you take formal and group wedding photos?
Yes — formal and group photographs are just as important as documentary images. I usually recommend taking these photos shortly after the ceremony, while everyone is present and relaxed, to keep the process smooth and enjoyable.
-
How can our guests view or order the wedding photographs?
Your wedding images will be available in a private online gallery protected by a password. Guests can easily view, download, or order high-resolution images without watermarks or branding.
-
What happens if you are unable to photograph our wedding?
In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances, I have a trusted network of professional wedding photographers who could step in. This situation is extremely rare, but your coverage would always be secured.
