A Romantic Proposal Story in the Heart of Barcelona
I'd been talking with Mike for a couple of weeks before the proposal, carefully planning every detail to make sure everything went perfectly. Together, we decided that Ciutadella Park would be the ideal location.
Barcelona is filled with beautiful places to propose, but Ciutadella Park remains one of the city's most romantic settings. With its tree-lined pathways, peaceful lake, and stunning fountain, it provided the perfect backdrop for this secret engagement proposal. It's also just a short walk from the Arc de Triomf, where we captured even more beautiful photographs after the proposal.
After weeks of planning, the moment had finally arrived. Mike got down on one knee and asked the all-important question, creating a genuine moment filled with surprise, emotion, and happiness that was a privilege to capture.
Victoria said yes, and one of my favourite parts of the experience was photographing the reactions of people passing by. Even though they didn't know the couple, they couldn't help but smile, clap, and celebrate the exciting moment with them.
As we continued with their couple photoshoot, I asked Victoria if she had suspected the proposal. She admitted she had a small feeling that something might happen, but the moment still came as a wonderful surprise.
