A Romantic Walk Through Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter
I recently did a couple’s photoshoot in the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. Originally, the plan was to shoot in a cemetery, but I suggested the Gothic Quarter instead, as I was worried we might not get permission to photograph there.
They were visiting Barcelona, Spain for the very first time from Germany, and we excited to explore the city. We wandered through multiple beautiful spots in the Gothic Quarter and captured some really romantic moments together.
And sharing a kiss in front of Barcelona Cathedral was such an iconic moment.
One of the most important things to me during a photoshoot is making people feel comfortable and relaxed, and that was definitely the case during this shoot. We were also incredibly lucky with the weather — it had been raining just an hour before, but as soon as we started, the skies cleared. I had even prepared a few indoor locations just in case.
